1. 50% of profits to Telepathic Partnership as Telepathic Partnership are funding companies.
2. 50% of profits paid to employees who have one share each which is non-transferable in the ESOC they work for.
3. Salary Structure: Maximum salary no more than 5 x the minimum salary.

Example: If the lowest paid worker is paid a salary of £20,000 then the highest paid worker can receive a salary of no more than £100,000.
